Corporate Culture
Corporate Culture is an internal attitude, which ideally connects the
enterprise and its coworkers. It can be characteristic: If it is co-ordinated
with the philosophy of the enterprise and overcomes pure functionality.
Like that it is on the one hand surely meaningful, if coworkers with telephone
contact go through a training. It is however too simple and exchangeable,
if the greetings read „good day, here is the XY-Inc., my name is Angela
Meyer. What can I do for you?" A typical greeting formula can cause
a higher memory in the perception of the calling.
Culture as Anchor of Identity?
Contrary to the common opinion, Corporate Culture is limited to sponsoring
and clothing regulations, from the investments in daily and spatially
experience a genuine we-feeling is arising and the acknowledgment by competitors,
customers and coworkers is increasing, too. The consequence is stronger
self-motivation of the coworkers and more respect on the part of the market
partners, local mechanisms and authorities.
Successes of our clients show clearly: Investments in Corporate Culture
pay off.
