Corporate Culture

Corporate Culture is an internal attitude, which ideally connects the enterprise and its coworkers. It can be characteristic: If it is co-ordinated with the philosophy of the enterprise and overcomes pure functionality. Like that it is on the one hand surely meaningful, if coworkers with telephone contact go through a training. It is however too simple and exchangeable, if the greetings read „good day, here is the XY-Inc., my name is Angela Meyer. What can I do for you?" A typical greeting formula can cause a higher memory in the perception of the calling.
