Can an enterprise behave like a person?
If the enterprise were a person, how it would behave?
The personalization of companies, very much liked, is too abstract in
order to come to usable suggestions for the behaviour of high-level personnel
in any enterprise.
Also the transfer onto the enterprise as an acting person can be used
regularly as a basic idea, but it is not suitable for company conglomerates.
Contrary to passive "corporates" such as design and mission
the enterprise and its full capacity to act must be retained.
Corporate philosophy gives the scope of action; which concrete defaults
arise from it, is a question of the culture area, from which the enterprise
come from and which it feels obligated.
At least in houses shaped by western culture strong accesses to the behaviour
of coworkers are not an ideal way. This concerns all cultures, which are
individualistic shaped.
The situation is different in arabic or asian cultural fields. The Lünstroth
mark advisors can only offer "translations" form of a representation of
the cultural differences.
